Most of all, the Pink Doll makes clothes THAT LAST!!! Our darts, seams and straps are reinforced! We use lining in nearly all bottoms, excluding most shorts, and in tops when applicable. The Pink Doll uses quality machines, fabric and supplies, and we draft all our own patterns!

Shipping Information:
One of a Kind orders ship in 1-2 business days. Custom Requests and Always Available items are made when ordered and will be shipped in 1-2 weeks or you will be notified otherwise. Be sure to provide a physical address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska must ship via UPS 2nd Day Air Only.
Shoes: Shoes are shipped separately via UPS Ground, they ship directly from the manufacturer in California and take 2-3 business days to process before shipping. Be sure to provide a physical address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow 7-10 business days for your shoes to arrive. Occasionally a shoe is on backorder, if the shoe you've ordered is more than 30 days back ordered you will be eligible for an exchange or cancellation, otherwise you will be notified of the back order and your shoe will be delivered within the allowed time.
*The Holiday Seasons are the busiest time of year to order shoes. Please be aware that processing could take more time than average. Thank you for your patience!
Refund/Return Policy: Please make sure you love it before you buy it, there are no exchanges or refunds. If you have any questions you can email us, we will answer any and all your questions to make sure you will be 100% satisfied before you buy! Pink Doll Clothing is made one by one with exceptional attention to detail, each item has been inspected for manufacturing defects and is sent in excellent condition and quality.
Shoes must be returned within 1 month of the invoice date, no returned merchandise will be accepted after. Shoes must be in the original packaging. Returns will NOT be accepted if the returned merchandise is not in its original packaging, or if the packaging bears any marks. Merchandise must be clean, unused, and in salable condition. Pink Doll Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns due to claims relative to merchandise's sizing, fitting, color, or dimensions, and has the final say in this regard.
